Join us for a class on Authentic Relating, Saturday May 3rd, from 5pm - 7pm, with visiting Authentic Relating course leader, Zachary Robinson.

Authentic Relating (AR) is a practice that helps people connect more deeply and honestly in conversation. The class will consist of meditation and guided exercises that encourage open, vulnerable, and present communication. There will be structured dialogues, active listening, and games designed to help you notice and express your emotions and experiences in real-time. The goal is not to be “perfect” in conversation but to practice being real—sharing your truth while also staying curious about others. You’ll be invited to slow down, notice how you feel, and express what’s alive in you while also receiving others with presence and empathy. Whether you’re looking to improve relationships, feel more connected, or just explore a new way of engaging with people, this class offers a space to practice authenticity in a supportive, judgment-free environment.  For more information on Authentic Relating classes, see: https://www.authrev.org/what-is-authentic-relating

The teacher, Zachary Robison is a lead facilitator and facilitator trainer with the company Authentic Revolution and has been leading events and retreats for over a decade with a focus on skill building and aiming to help others enjoy life.
