Friday 19 April 2019 (18:00 -19:00)
In a world that seems caught in chaos, speed, and aggression, you are invited to these monthly Full Moon gatherings in order to strengthen your connection to sanity and to personally experience the vision and activity of enlightened society.
The Shambhala Sadhana as a way to celebrate and strengthen our understanding of basic goodness and enlightened society. On or near the full moon, we gather together to practice the Shambhala Sadhana as a group meditation practice. This monthly gathering is open to everyone. Bring your friends, family, children, partners or just yourself. This is an opportunity for us to meet, connect, practice together, and experience basic goodness personally.
This practice session is free of charge, although we request and welcome donations.
