Drop in for an afternoon meditation session every Monday from 2pm - 2:30pm!

Join us every Monday afternoon for a drop-in meditation session.  Open to everyone.  It is fine to arrive late or leave early, as your schedule permits.  This is a drop in class, no registration is required, and there's no charge for joining (donations are always appreciated).
