Meditation practice & contemplation with a talk and discussion on Saturday.

Meditation practice & contemplation with a talk and discussion. The topic for this week is Carpe Diem; Sieze the Day. This class is open to anyone interested in exploring how mindulness, awareness, and contemplation can help us to learn to live life to the fullest. Meditation instruction will be provided, followed by a guided contemplation, and a talk by our resident meditation instructor. After the talk there is ample opportunity for interaction, questions and discussion. If it's your first time (and you'd like to recieve meditation instuctions), please be sure to arrive a few minutes early, so you don't miss it.

This is a wonderful opportunity to meditate in a supportive group setting, learn how to apply the principles of meditation to everyday life, and to meet and mingle with fellow practitioners (bring your friends)! We welcome both newcomers and familiar faces. No previous experience needed. Come to one class, or come every week.

This is a drop-in class; no registration or fee is required; donations are appreciated.

How to get here: we are located on Sukhumvit Soi 23, on the 2nd floor of the Yogatique building. You can take a motorcycle taxi from the Asoke BTS station for 20 Baht, or walk through the Interchange building and get a motorcycle from the Soi 23 side, for 10 Baht. If you walk, it takes about 10 minutes from the station. If you take a motorcycle, tell them to take you to the car wash (pronounced; “long loat” or "yah dong" in Thai) on Soi 23.  if you pass the car wash, you’ve gone too far.
