Group meditation practice with a talk and discussion

The Saturday meditation and discussion class is open to anyone interested in exploring or engaging Shambhala and Buddhist teachings.

Each class offers an in-depth taste of one aspect of the teachings, always presented in relation to meditation practice and to daily life. We open with group meditation instruction, and then a talk is presented by one of our meditation instructors.  After the talk there is ample opportunity for interaction, questions and discussion.  If it's your first time (and you'd like to recieve meditataion instuctions), please arrive a few minutes early, so you don't miss it.

This is a wonderful opportunity to meditate in a supportive group setting, learn how to apply the principles of meditation to everyday life, and to meet and mingle with fellow practitioners (bring your friends)! We welcome both newcomers and familiar faces. No previous experience needed. Come to one class, or come every week.

This is a drop-in class; no registration or fee is required; donations are appreciated.

How to get here: we are located on Sukhumvit Soi 23, on the 2nd floor of the Yogatique building. You can take a motorcycle taxi from the Asoke BTS station for 20 Baht, or walk through the Interchange building and get a motorcycle from the Soi 23 side, for 10 Baht. If you walk, it takes about 10 minutes from the station. If you take a motorcycle, tell them to take you to the car wash (pronounced; “long loat” or "yah dong" in Thai) on Soi 23.  if you pass the car wash, you’ve gone too far.
