Group meditation practice every Monday evening, based on the Tibetan Buddhist tradition of Shambhala.  Open to anyone interested in learning how to meditate or for anyone who already has a regular practice.  Learn the elements for a strong meditation practice: good sitting posture, how to relate to the breath, and what to do when thoughts come up.  Includes advice on starting a regular meditation practice at home, and a chance to ask a qualified meditation instructor questions about your practice.

“With an untrained mind, we live most days at the mercy of our moods.  There is a different approach to our lives.  We can wake up to our enlightened qualities: unconditional love and compassion; uninhibited total ease with ourselves; and a clear and sharp mind.”  ~Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche
